1. Core Sealing During Installation
The installation phase is the most critical step for joint sealing. When assembling panels, first calibrate the surface flatness and align the splice slots to ensure tight panel contact, minimizing excessive gaps from the source. After splicing, thoroughly clean out any dust, debris, and standing water from inside the joints, keeping them dry and clean to provide optimal conditions for sealing materials to adhere properly.

2. Dual-Layer Sealing Method
Standard practice employs a dual treatment using weather-resistant sealant strips and waterproof sealant:

• For narrow gaps: Fill with flexible, wear-resistant sealant. Once cured, the sealant bonds tightly to the panel surface, providing waterproofing, dust protection, and shock absorption. It is designed to withstand outdoor temperature fluctuations without cracking or peeling.

• For wider gaps: Use custom rubber sealing strips pressed firmly into place. These strips offer strong toughness and abrasion resistance, effectively preventing sand and debris from entering the joints and avoiding snow tube jamming or wear during sliding.

3. Routine Maintenance
During daily operations, regularly inspect all sealed joints and promptly repair any sealant that has detached or aged. This straightforward sealing process effectively protects the slide's joint structure, reduces equipment wear, and ensures the rainbow slide operates smoothly and safely over the long term.
